Commercial Litigation

Peter handles commercial disputes for individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses, from contract and fraud claims to intellectual property, trade secrets, financial-services disputes, and government investigations. He works the matter himself from the first call through trial, using AI for the document-heavy work that once required teams of attorneys.
